Who does the shipping and how long does it take?
We work with Solid Logistics, which will ship EV4 to anywhere in the world by...
- land to countries in the European Union
- air (3-7 days) / sea (4-6 weeks) to the rest of the world
Is assembly required?
EV4 is delivered assembled and ready to run in the European Union. In case of other countries the battery is delivered via another transport (easy assembly is required to mount the battery - instruction is included).
Can I order my own shipping?
Yes you can. These are the crate sizes:
Bike: 161 x 66 x 120 cm, 80 kg
City Quad: 161 x 66 x 110 cm, 105 kg
Off-Road Quad: 155 x 65 x 110 cm, 115 kg
How is EV4 packaged?
In a wooden crate via land transport and in a crate made of plywood via air/sea transport.How long does it take to process my order?
If we have it in stock only a couple of days.
It can take up to a month when the EV4 is order specific.
How can I pay?
